Mike's Problem

I disagree with mike's idea because the liquid inside his barrel could be toxic or be a bad chemical.When he dumped the water in the river. The liquid could kill the creatures inside the river like fish, plants, and many other things.It will spread and it can dissolve in the river and go all over the river.
that's why i disagree with mike's idea.
